This guarantee applies only to our GLP-1 treatments (oral or injectable), not other add-on services.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
To qualify for the 6-month money-back guarantee, you must: Have joined after July 31, 2022, on a GLP-1 weight loss plan Stay enrolled for at least 180 days (6 months) Submit your medical form and labs within 5 days of joining Take your medication weekly as prescribed (no refill request in your 6th month) Track your weight on our app in at least 21 out of the first 26 weeks Have lost less than 5% of your starting body weight, with a BMI of 30 or higher
WHO IS NOT ELIGIBLE?
This offer does not apply to: Members who joined before July 31, 2022 Returning members Members who cancel before completing 6 months On a plan with compounded medication? Your refund covers your entire membership, including meds. On a branded plan (e.g., via LillyDirect)? Your membership fee is refundable, but medication costs paid to the pharmacy are not.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL EARLY?
Life happens. If you experience unmanageable side effects and we’re unable to find a solution, we’ll offer a pro-rated refund. If you're unable to begin treatment after your medical review, you’re eligible for a full refund.
